Iliad Fiction Film Pitching Lab.
The Iliad Epic has deeply influenced the foundations of cinema art by creating a historical maxim. The powerful narrative of the epic pioneered the basic elements of cinema art and contributed to the shaping of today's understanding of cinema.

Its epic atmosphere inspired filmmakers to deliver a rich visual experience, and the conflicts between characters, emotional depth and compelling dialogue revealed the dramatic potential of the cinematic world.

After the pre-selection, the "Iliad Fiction Pitching Lab. Award" will be given to a project determined by the jury among the 6 projects that will compete in the final. Again, a project selected by the jury is given the "Paris Choice Special Award" by the Troy Museum.
