Important informations
The general program of the Troya Film Platform, an organization of the Troy Culture, Art and Research Association, will be sent via e-mail to all participants whose accreditation has been approved.
You will be able to obtain the materials that will accompany you throughout the platform from our organization location when you reach Troy.

The organization will take place in September-October at Troy Museum - Tevfikiye Village.
In order to participate in programs and events during the platform, you must have your badge with you and show it to the relevant people.
You can obtain your badge and platform bag from the information desk at the entrance of the hotel you are staying in.
Accreditation Options
TFP Pitching Lab.
Iliad Fiction Film Pitching Lab. , Ä°nkaya Documentary Film Pitching Lab. , Aeneas Short Film Pitching Lab. This is the accreditation given to project owners who make it to the finals in their categories. Events that finalists can participate in with the accreditation card provided to the owners of the works;

It is the accreditation given to project owners who are entitled to receive Producer's Start Up training. Events that owners of works who will receive training can participate in with the defined accreditation card;

TFP Agora Meeting's
There are two accreditation options in Agora Meeting's category: corporate and individual.
Institutional Accreditation:
As a company, you can take part in the meeting tables located in the Agora Meeting's area, which will be held within the Troya Film Platform. It is a great opportunity for corporate companies to gain investment, idea and cooperation advantages regarding the cinema and advertising industry from different disciplines. Film companies, film festivals, film funds, technology companies, advertising agencies, television channels, film distribution and sales companies, banks, angel investors can obtain corporate accreditation and have a meeting table in the agora meeting's area.

If corporate companies want to hold a meeting with the companies at the tables on the occasion of a project, they can apply for meeting accreditation by selecting the manufacturer option in the corporate accreditation application form.

Individual Accreditation: In order to meet and hold meetings with the companies located at the Agora Meeting's meeting tables, which will be held within the Troya Film Platform, you can accredit a maximum of 4 meetings by examining the companies located at the Agora Meeting tables. If you want to have an individual meeting with any company representative in the meeting area and present your project, you must apply individually.
